Mike brings you more than 25 years’ experience in creating and implementing successful business improvement initiatives. He’s passionate about improving business performance and profitability.
Mike is innovative and solutions-focused. He understands how to put theory into practice and be effective! He can ‘walk the walk’ as well as ‘talk the talk’.
His ability to mentor and coach both business owners and staff ensures improvements are sustained and developed into the future. Mike listens well and communicates clearly, with an ability to inspire, challenge and support.
